Paralapiel Horse Oil Color Change Mask: Review

Color changing mask sheets? Have you heard of one before? I have! Along with character/ printed mask sheets, color changing mask sheets are trending in South Korea nowadays.

Aside from the color changing property of this sheet mask, another interesting thing about this product is its main ingredient which is horse oil. If I'm not mistaken, horse oil is good for moisturization.

See how the print on the packaging shows that from the many blue and red hearts, it will change to 2 hearts with orange and purple shade. I was so excited to document my experience with this.

I can't read Korean but just in case you can and you want to see what it claims, here's the back portion and its writings.

Like I said, I was so ready to document my experience. I had my camera ready upon application. What surprised me, though, is that the change in color was instant! I thought I would have enough time to show you the blue and red hearts turning into orange and purple shades. However, that is not the case.

Once the sheet mask touches your skin, it immediately transforms its colors. This is the reason as to why I was only able to show you the "after" colors. Even though the color changing process went by so quickly, I still had fun applying this onto my face. It's a nice change from my usual regular cotton mask sheet experience.

Oh, and in case you are wondering, yes, it is very moisturizing and I left it on for 20 minutes on my face. The rest of the essence, I used to moisturize my elbows, knees and feet.

I got this from Althea Korea (click here to redirect). Make sure to grab one if you decide to buy from them.
