Make-up Post: Mini Haul

"Make-up" in "Make-up Post" doesn't mean cosmetics. I simply want to create posts for the days I've been skipping posting. So this one's supposed to be my Friday post. I got a few things last Thursday and just wanted to share it with you.

I got 3 nail polishes from Rain by Color trends and 1 polish with no brand. I got everything with glitters. It was my first time seeing Rain polishes with glitters. I saw four variations but I didn't get one of them because the combination was silver and blue. The blue color was the same shade as the glitters in the no brand one but the glitters in the no brand were bigger so I decided to buy that instead of the Rain. But now that I think about it, I should've bought all the colors I saw. All the Rain polishes were priced at PHP 15 while the one with no brand was priced at PHP 10.

Nichido Multiple Stick in Sunset Glow

My best friend got me a Nichido Multiple Stick in Sunset Glow which was on sale for PHP 188.00. I did check the expiration date because sometimes they go on sale when the stocks are almost expired. Expiration was dated 2013 so we bought it. I haven't opened it yet but when I swatched it in the store, it had a pretty peach color. I believe you can use this for your eyes, cheeks and lips.

Majorena + Grocery Beauty Spree

We went to SM yesterday and I saw this shop called Majorena: Total fashion for less. They've got nice stuff for not so much. Here's some of the tops we bought:

Anyway, here's some stuff I got over the week. The lotion's from the grocery store and near the grocery store, there's a bookstore. Funny I got the pair of lashes there.

BIGTOKYO: E-Bay Beauty Spree

I will be deviating from my usual schedule. Since I posted a review + a small tip yesterday, I might as well have a different post for today. And yes, I'm going to talk about my ebay haul. I got a few things from BIGTOKYO in ebay.ph. She's got a lot of stuff I like (mostly Asian products). She does combine shipping and next day delivery for just PHP 90 all the way from Davao! Yay! Here's what I got:

I got a few Korean made beauty products, mostly Tono Moly's mini lip and cheek tints in cherry shade which I got as a lot of 8 pieces. I planned to save some for myself and give the others for my best friend and sister. Haha!

I also got 2 mini bb creams for my friends. It's called The Mini Skin: Triple Magic BB Cream. They look really cute, right? But on another note, I don't know why I keep on buying these things for my friends and not for myself. They're so lucky to have me. *Self praise alert* Maybe I should just sell some of these online. Hahaha!

Anyway, what I got solely for myself are bb cream samples that comes in sachets.  I can still remember myself a year ago. I was so hesitant in buying samples. I thought it was unfair for people to sell samples that were originally given out for free. But thinking about it, samples are great most especially if you just want to try out a lot of products to figure what you will be buying in full size. So yeah, I bought Hanskin's Glossy Magic BB Cream, Hanskin's Mineral Magic BB Cream and Skin Food's Mushroom Multicare BB Cream. I also got a Salmon Brightening Eye Cream as a surprise freebie. Weeee! I will also keep it for myself. :)

Watson's Beauty Spree + Backne Gets Better

Hi everyone! So yeah, I went out this Monday and got the chance to look around Watson's in SM Makati. It's been quite a while since I actually got the chance to look around the place. Anyway, I got myself a Pure Beauty Super Brightening Eye Gel (PHP 183.00) which I've been using for a few days. Too early to give it a verdict so I'm gonna use it some more before I give it a review and I also got a Wet n Wild Lipstick in 529B (PHP 119.00), which I'm thinking of giving to my mom or best friend (not sure who among the two yet).

Anyway, going to a completely different topic, I had this bad case of backne a few months back. I even went to Flawless to get some back cleaning. But to my dismay, unlike facials wherein I actually get to have at least 1 week of feeling pretty (LOL), the back cleaning thing did not do me good for long. So 2 weeks ago, I've been going around Teentalk forums and there was this thread about C.Y. Gabriel soap. I wanted to know what the fuss was all about so I decided to get one for myself.

And yes, you guessed right! C.Y. Gabriel improved my backne significantly. I am left with no to little pimples and my scars are gradually fading. There are a lot of variations of this soap. I bought mine from Watson's (again) and I got the Special Pink one. I haven't used it on my face and I only started doing so last night.

First Beauty Spree Post

I got the word beauty spree from Sara Bella. Yes, I know. It's not a new phrase. Most people use the word haul but I came across her blog and liked "beauty spree" so I used it instead. Anyway, this is my first beauty spree post. I got a few stuff recently. Some from Watsons and some from ebay.com.ph. I've bought a number of times online but not from ebay, mostly in multiply. Anyway, I'll first show you the stuff I got from Watsons not so long ago.

I got some stuff from iWhite. I got a Skin Whitening Vita Moisturizing Facial Wash and a Whitening Pack. All their products have whitening stuff hence the name. And I don't know if I shared this before but I love K-Pop and I go gaga with Korean stuff. iWhiteis a brand from Korea. I tried their nose pack before but it didn't work for me (like other strips I've tried) so I just settled for these two. I also got Maxipeel's Cream Concealer in Fair. Yay for sachets! I don't have to buy a lot just to try it! :)

 

So here are some stuff I've bought over at ebay (jnlink777). She has good deals, very fast transaction/shipping and no she didn't pay me to tell you these things. She wrapped everything carefully as you can see. This one arrived yesterday, one day after I sent my payment.

The amazing thing is that while opening it, there's this scent comparable to Victoria's Secret scents (not sure which). I'm also not sure why there was a scent in the first place and where it was coming from. All I can say is it's nice to open a package that smells good.

Anyway, I got a Maybelline Brush Blush in #69-Pink Whisper, Artmatic Moisturizing Lipstick in Nutmeg and NYC Perfect Reflect Foundation Kit in 631A Cool shade.
